Does receiving a request mean the job is booked?

No. Quote or decline by the deadline shown. The customer chooses a quote, then you must accept the booking by its acceptance deadline.

Send a nett, all-in price and a visit slot your team can support. Check the portal status rather than assuming a prepared or queued message was delivered.

The full customer address and number become available to the booked provider after acceptance. Other providers do not receive those details.
