How do I manage servicing reminders and WhatsApp offers?

Use the reminder-management link for eligible servicing jobs. WhatsApp promotional offers have a separate preference in Account Settings.

Choosing promotional offers is optional and does not control essential booking updates. You can withdraw the promotional preference in your account or send STOP to the relevant SaveTotal conversation.

Opening WhatsApp or copying a prepared message does not send that message. Press Send in WhatsApp when you intend to contact us.
