How do I change the visit date or time?

Use the change or reschedule controls on your booking. A new time must be accepted through the booking process; a requested time is not automatically confirmed.

Check the latest confirmed date, time and status before the visit. If the available controls do not fit the situation, contact SaveTotal with your booking reference.

An appointment date passing does not by itself prove that work happened. Report a visit that did not take place accurately.
