A real person at SaveTotal checks the details with you before anything is sent. If you haven't picked anyone, we suggest up to three and wait for your yes.
Only your picks get in touch
We pass your request to the providers you chose and nobody else. They send you their quotes, and you decide. There's no obligation to book.
Why we built it this way
Ask for an aircon quote on most sites and your number ends up with a dozen contractors. The calls and messages start before you’ve even compared prices. SaveTotal flips that: you see published prices first, you choose who hears from you, and we act as the buffer in between.
Questions
Does SaveTotal cost anything?
No. Comparing providers, requesting quotes and booking are free for homeowners. Providers pay SaveTotal a small flat fee per completed job.
Who sees my phone number and address?
Only the provider you book, and only once they accept. The providers you ask for quotes see your first name, area and the job. Nobody else gets your details.
Where do the prices come from?
Listed prices come from each provider's own published price list, with the date we last checked it. Your quote is the nett, all-in price for your job, and nothing can be added unless you approve it.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel for free up to 24 hours before the visit, or switch to another quote. Cancelling later still works, but repeated late cancellations can pause bookings.
Does SaveTotal do the work?
No. SaveTotal is independent: we compare providers and pass on your request. The provider you choose does the job and you pay them directly.
