Who do I pay, and who issues my invoice?

Pay the provider directly for the service. The provider is responsible for issuing your service invoice or tax invoice where applicable.

Your SaveTotal booking summary records the agreement and completion details. It is not a replacement for the provider’s invoice.

Check the final agreed amount and any eligible SaveTotal reward credit shown in your booking. A provider’s commission payment to SaveTotal is separate from your service payment.
