How will my available and reserved balance work?
Provider top-ups are not active on production yet. Existing monthly billing continues. Your SGD balance pays SaveTotal commission while customers continue paying your business directly.
Available balance is the total balance minus funds reserved for accepted jobs or an exit refund. S$1 paid adds S$1 balance. Unused funds remain for future jobs; they are not routinely refunded.
Before a new booking is accepted and customer contact details are released, the system reserves the maximum standard commission on the quote and declared extras. This ceiling is disclosed before acceptance. Completion deducts the actual fee under the saved terms, including eligible founding benefits, then releases the unused hold. Cancellation releases the applicable job reservation.
Extra work needing a higher total must be funded and approved through the job flow. Insufficient available balance prevents a new acceptance; it does not prevent action on existing jobs. The appointment date passing alone does not spend a reservation or prove completion. Existing accepted monthly-billed jobs keep their terms.
For the full rules, read the Provider Terms. Your saved booking and fee terms remain the record of your agreement.
