Who sees my phone number and address?

Only the provider you book receives your full address and contact number, after accepting the booking. Providers invited to quote see your first name, approximate area and job requirements.

Sign in to the customer account that owns the request to open its tracking page. Having a request link alone does not grant another account access.

Avoid putting unnecessary contact details or sensitive information in free-text job notes.

For the full rules, read the Terms. Your saved booking and fee terms remain the record of your agreement.
