Only customer-approved changes in SaveTotal can increase the agreed maximum. Explain the extra work and request approval before carrying it out.

Record the accurate final amount when marking the job complete. The completion flow rejects a price above the allowed total unless the required approval exists.

Your service invoice to the customer is separate from SaveTotal’s commission documents. Issue the invoice or tax invoice that your business is required to provide.
