How does SaveTotal decide who gets an automatic request?

We check service, area, active lead access, contact settings and pause status. Providers without a reliability restriction share rotation by distinct leads over seven days, then invitation volume over 90 days.

Providers under watch follow that group; low-standing providers are excluded. New businesses start neutral.

Paying for Sponsored placement does not change automatic matching. Quoting quickly and accepting and attending agreed visits helps avoid reliability restrictions, but does not buy or guarantee leads.
