What affects my reliability standing?

Your reliability standing reflects your recent booking record, separately from customer star ratings. New providers start without a reliability restriction.

• Reliable: an established record of completed jobs with no current reliability issues.
• Good: no reliability restriction, including for businesses still building their record.
• Watch: reliability issues can reduce priority for automatic quote requests.
• Low: the business is excluded from automatic quote matching.

Missing deadlines, declining a booking after a customer chooses your quote, cancelling an accepted visit or charging more than agreed can affect your standing. Declining an invitation to quote or suggesting another time does not count against you.

Open Reviews & standing to check your record. Incidents stop counting after 90 days. If a record is incorrect, contact SaveTotal with the booking reference and supporting details.
