How do customer reviews work?

Customers can leave an optional review after a completed booking. Reviews cover overall experience, punctuality, tidiness, value for money and work quality.

Open Reviews & standing to read reviews and use Reply publicly to respond. Your reply appears on your public profile; keep customer contact details and other private information out.

No reviews yet means nobody has submitted a review; it is not a zero-star rating. Review ratings are separate from your reliability standing.

If a review seems incorrect, contact SaveTotal with the booking reference and details. Removal is not guaranteed. Do not review your own business or offer rewards for reviews.
