How do I approve extra work or a different price?

Ask the provider to record the proposed change in SaveTotal before additional work starts. Review the scope and total before approving it.

A provider cannot increase the agreed maximum just by typing a higher completion amount. Your booking retains the approved changes and agreement record.

If the amount requested does not match your agreement, do not approve it just to clear a notification. Use the booking to raise the issue.
