Do I need to confirm the job is finished?

Use the status actions on your booking to confirm what actually happened. After the visit date, you can confirm completed work even if the provider has not marked it done.

If the provider has already completed the booking and everything is fine, there is no additional mandatory confirmation step. You can leave an optional review.

If the visit did not happen or there is a problem, choose the accurate response. Do not mark unfinished work complete just to stop reminders.
