How do office staff and technicians access jobs?

Business owners can add office users under Team so everyone has their own sign-in. Do not share passwords.

On an accepted job, Send to staff prepares a WhatsApp message with the visit details and a limited staff link. The staff view omits prices and its link expires after the visit.

Opening WhatsApp does not send the message. Check the intended recipient and press Send yourself.

For the full rules, read the Provider Terms. Your saved booking and fee terms remain the record of your agreement.
