How will completion reporting, penalties and appeals work?
The new evidence-reviewed policy is staged for a future launch. Restrictions and monetary penalties are disabled until activation and provider agreement; existing completion and reminder controls continue.
Mark job done records completion and the final amount in one action, defaulting to now. If the work finished earlier, enter its actual time in that same form. Customer-confirmed completion also counts; no second completion report is required. After enforcement activation, report within 72 elapsed hours of actual completion. An appointment date passing or a customer not replying is not evidence that work happened. Only future jobs accepted under the agreed policy are covered.
A first established breach receives a warning and pauses new work until corrected. Repeated established breaches add S$10. Deliberate under-reporting recovers the missing commission calculated from saved terms, plus an equal penalty. Evidence and intent must be reviewed before the decision; ordinary price disputes are not automatically deliberate under-reporting.
The owner can read the evidence summary and appeal in Job issues & appeals. An appeal pauses any unsettled charge; a successful appeal returns an already settled deduction with a credit note. Available balance can pay reviewed charges, while active-job reservations remain protected. Existing jobs stay actionable.
For the full rules, read the Provider Terms. Your saved booking and fee terms remain the record of your agreement.
