Can I pause when my team is busy?

The business owner can use Settings → New quote requests → Pause new requests. Existing bookings and their messages continue.

Pausing stops new invitations through matching, customer selection and rescue flows. Resume when ready; resuming does not override a SaveTotal restriction.
