How will I add balance, and who pays processing fees?

Provider top-ups are not active on production yet. Existing monthly billing continues. The business owner starts a top-up in Finance: accept the balance terms once, enter the amount and choose Continue to payment.

The prepared integration uses hosted Stripe Checkout for card and PayNow, with eligible wallets shown by Checkout. SaveTotal absorbs processing costs: S$100 paid adds S$100 to the provider balance. Do not add a separate processing surcharge to that balance purchase.

Credit appears only after verified successful payment. Returning to SaveTotal or seeing a successful browser page does not itself add funds. Some payment methods can confirm later; check the recorded status rather than assuming the payment failed.

Provider credit, Stripe processing cost and the net funds paid to SaveTotal are different records. Processing costs can reduce SaveTotal’s processor settlement without reducing the face value of your provider balance. A Stripe payout status is not a connected bank statement.
