Does unused balance stay, and can I get it back when leaving?
Provider top-ups are not active on production yet. Existing monthly billing continues. Unused balance stays for future jobs. An exit refund is an explicit request to leave, not an automatic refund after every job.
The business owner requests exit and refund review in Finance. New acceptances and top-ups pause while existing jobs, amounts owed, active reservations and unresolved payment or reporting cases are resolved. Requesting exit does not delete your financial history or cancel unfinished jobs.
Eligible unused funds are reserved before a refund is requested to the original payment method. Pending or uncertain refunds stay reserved until the original outcome is established. Repeated checks do not create another refund blindly; a payment-method limitation or unclear outcome becomes a focused review exception.
The refundable balance is what remains after obligations, not every deposit ever made. For example, S$100 credit minus a settled S$20 fee leaves S$80 before any other holds, charges or adjustments. If you expect more work, you can leave unused funds in the balance instead of requesting exit.
